A Sweet Surprise!

Hey guys! I was in the chat room for a little while today but then had an errand to run. My errand turned into a walking tour and dinner on the waterfront. It was so nice. I got off work early today and then drove downtown. I ran into an old friend. What a sweet surprise! He is an attorney, and I used to babysit for he and his wife when I was in high school. I hate to admit it, but I developed quite a crush on him. I haven't seen him in about two years since I had been away at school and now in the working world, but I felt my body tingle all over when he approached me. We stood on the street and talked for a few when he asked me if I had seen all the renovations that had been made. He asked if I had time to walk, and I just slid my hand through his arm and replied, "lead the way"! We walked for over an hour and then he invited me to a quaint little restaurant on the waterfront. Dinner took two and a half hours to eat as we were playing "catch up". I had mixed emotions when he told me that he was divorced now. I had no idea they were having problems. As the night went on, I suddenly remembered why I had a crush on this guy. It was hard to say goodnight to him, but felt all giggly inside when he asked for my phone number. Hmmmm, I am really curious as to where this may lead. I wonder if he is just lining up a babysitter! (he he) I'll keep you informed! So stay tuned for the "rest of the story"!
